Your own room at the top of the black stairs. Exposed brick, low light and a long communal table behind the chain curtain — made for birthdays, work dinners and the kind of night people bring up for years. Lucky 8’s plates, cocktails and hospitality, all to yourselves.

- All Lucky 8 set menus & bottomless packages (bottomless is strictly R18 — ID may be required)
- Celebration cakes & outside desserts welcome, no cakeage — just tell us at booking
- Veg & vegan sorted (icons on the digital menu); we can’t promise zero cross-contamination, and our meat isn’t halal-certified

- Welcome / arrival drinks arranged in advance — just ask
- Full bar service throughout

- Minimal BYO decorations welcome
- Live DJ most Friday & Saturday from 8pm
- Regular-height table (the rest of the venue is high-tops)

Your own corner of the room — exposed brick, warm light and neon glowing over the table — while the buzz of Lucky 8 carries on around you. Exclusive, never shut away. A Front-of-House host looks after your crew from first drink to last.

Billing & deposit
- One consolidated bill for the whole function — printed and brought to your table before the end, so there’s time to sort it
- No deposit to book — we just hold a valid credit card on file to secure the date
- Surcharge: 3% on card, Paywave & online QR payments; 15% on public holidays
- Any minimum spend is met through food & drinks on the night
Terms
- Bookings run to a 2-hour seating unless agreed otherwise in writing — extensions at the team’s discretion (min spend may rise)
- Cancellation & no-show fees are charged to the card on file
- We serve alcohol responsibly under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
- Heads up: it’s stairs-only up to Lucky 8 — not suitable for prams, wheelchairs or guests with significant mobility needs
Cancellation
| More than 48 hours before | No cancellation fee. |
| 48 to 24 hours before | $10 per guest. |
| Less than 24 hours before | $50 per guest (a no-show counts as under-24). |
